Libraries Warm Spaces
A warm welcome awaits you at your local library this winter.
All six of our libraries across Blaenau Gwent have become registered ‘Warm Spaces’ as part of a community-based national initiative which hopes to provide support to local communities through the cost-of-living crisis by offering warm and friendly spaces that people can come to, free of charge, to relax, work or socialise.
