Here’s the current update for all our venues and services on Wednesday 8th March 2023:

Sports Centres
Tredegar, Ebbw Vale and Abertillery Sports Centres are all open today with the gyms and pools open as normal.

Swimming lessons will be going ahead as normal tonight at all three of our sports centres.

All group exercise classes at Abertillery Sports Centre have been cancelled today, so have all the daytime classes at Tredegar Sports Centre.

All our outdoor pitches at Abertillery, Ebbw Vale and Tredegar Sports Centres will be closed today due to the current weather conditions.

Libraries
Abertillery Library will be closed today and Tredegar Library is closed from 1pm. All other libraries will be open as normal.

Adult Community Learning
There will be no classes running today at our Learning Action Centres today, some classes will take place remotely, but tutors will contact learners directly to advise them of arrangements.

Parks
Following a comprehensive risk assessment and the increasing risk of branches falling under the weight of ongoing snowfall forecast for today,  for the safety of our team members and potential visitors, we have taken the decision that both Parc Bryn Bach and Bedwellty House & Park will remain closed.
