From Monday 9th November we are pleased to confirm that our services will return to their pre-firebreak operations:
Adult Education
All our courses will take place as normal at our Learning Action Centres across Blaenau Gwent.
Libraries
Library members are able to access our Call & Collect service to order a selection of books/audiobooks at our libraries across Blaenau Gwent. A contactless home delivery service is also available for those who are unable to travel to their local library.
Computer Sessions by appointment are also available in which customers can access emails, printing services and also carry our job searches etc
Library members also have access to free ebooks, eaudiobooks, emagazines and ecomics via apps such as BorrowBox and RB Digital.
Bedwellty House & Park
The park gates are open daily from 8.30am – 5.30pm and Bedwellty House is open 9.30am – 5pm.
The Orchid House Tea Room is open but all visitors must pre-book a table before visiting and all dining sessions will be in timed slots. Please call 01495 353397 to make a reservation.

Parc Bryn Bach
The main park gates will be open daily from 8.30am – 5.30pm and the Visitors Centre (and public toilets) are open 9am – 5pm.
The Lake View Café kiosk at the rear of the Visitor Centre is open daily from 10am – 4.30pm for takeaway refreshments. Please note that last orders for hot food is 4.15pm
The Children’s Play Area is open daily from 8.30am – 5.30pm, with Quiet Sessions for children and young people with additional needs every day from 9.30am – 10.30am and on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday evenings from 4pm – 5pm.
The 9 hole golf course, foot golf and driving range are open daily from 9am – 5pm.
The Caravan and campsite is now closed for the Winter season
Sports Centres
All our Sports Centres will be open with gym sessions, swimming and group exercise classes available at all 3 venues – please note all sessions must be pre-booked before you arrive.
