The Metropole Cultural and Conference Centre and the Arts Development Team provides a unique contribution to the cultural life in Blaenau Gwent, helping to promote health and wellbeing in the local community and raising the aspirations of children and young people through the arts.

With eclectic artistic programming, community outreach work, professional services and sound business management, the services offered by Arts and Culture are fully sustainable and contribute to expanding horizons and enhancing life experiences.

Head4Arts

Head4Arts is a community arts organisation that delivers a wide range of creative, participatory activities across the eastern Heads of the Valleys area, covering the county boroughs of Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Merthyr Tydfil and Torfaen.

Head4Arts aims to offer a varied, engaging and enjoyable programme that provides opportunities for all members of the community to take part in high quality, inspirational arts activities.
