We have a great range of regular activities each week which are FREE to participate in: 

  • Digital Support
    Available every day from 2pm - 4pm, providing help and support with a range of basic computer tasks and features.

    Work Club supported by Community Education
    Mondays 10am – 12pm; providing help with Universal Job Match, updating CV's and searching for jobs online.  Contact the library for more information.

  • Homework Club
    Tuesdays and Fridays from 4pm onwards; providing help with research and access to our free on-line Encylopedia Britannica.

  • Tredegar Archive SocietyWednesdays 2pm – 4pm; if you have an interest in local history or would like some advice and information, come along to one of our weekly sessions and discover more about your local heritage

  • Work Club
    Providing help with Universal Job Match, updating CV's and searching for jobs online.  Contact the library for more information.

  • Knit 'n' NatterWednesdays 10.30am- 12.30pm; whether you’re an experienced knitter or a beginner, our weekly sessions provide a relaxed and informal setting where you can knit, crochet, embroider, share patterns and advice and have a chat.

  • Baby Yoga
    Wednesdays 10am - 11am, provided in partnership with Cymraeg i Blant

  • Citizens Advice Bureau
    Fridays 9.30am - 12.30pm, offering advice on a variety of topics.

  • Local & Family History
    If you're interested in local history or would like help researching your own family history we can help - contact the library for more information or to book a session.


    We also provide a variety of themed activities throughout the year as well as FREE school holiday activities for children. For more information on these or our weekly activities ask at your local library.
