The Hospice of the Valleys Six Mile Race and Junior One Mile Run is set to return to Parc Bryn Bach this April, and takes full advantage of this beautiful setting.

Whether you’re an advanced runner, enjoying park run life, social running or want to set yourself a challenge, aged over 17, then the Senior Six Mile Race is for you.

For 4-16 years olds there’s also the Junior One Mile Run (children aged 4-7 years should run with a responsible adult aged 18+)
