Join us for a very special memorial triathlon event at Ebbw Vale Sports Centre that honours our dear friend, Clayton Shorthouse, and challenges you to achieve something amazing.

• Swim 400 metres

• Bike 10 kilometres

• Run 2.5 kilometres

Participants must be aged 15+ and must have insurance

Entry is £2 for under 24s and £8 for over 24s ~ Donations will be made to North Gwent Cardiac Rehabilitation

On Race Day: Registration will be open from 8am - 8.45am ~ First race wave will start at 9am.
