Join us at Tredegar Sports Centre for our new Frosty Aquathlon Series, featuring a pool swim and traffic free run.

Adult events (for ages 16+) includes a 400m swim and a 4K run.

Junior events (for ages 8-16) includes a 400m swim and a 1K run.

Entry Fees:

• Adults (16+) ~ £40 per person for the series or £15 per race

• Juniors (8+) ~ £4 per race

On event days, registration will be open from 7.30am - 8am on poolside. All competitors must attend a pre-race safety briefing 5 minutes before the start of each swim wave.
