Available from a range of partners every day at the library, providing help with Universal job-match and searching for jobs online. Contact the library for more information.
- Knit 'n' Natter (Suspended due to Covid19)
Thursdays 2pm - 3pm; whether you're an experienced knitter or a beginner, our weekly session provides a relaxed and informal setting where you can knit, crochet or embroider, share patterns, get advice and have a chat.
- CV Writing (Suspended due to Covid19)
Thursdays and Fridays 10am - 1pm, providing advice and support on how to write and update your CV.
- Local & Family History Support (Suspended due to Covid19)
Available every Thursday morning - if you're interested in local history or would like help researching your own family history we can help - contact the library for more information or to book a session.
- Community Police Surgery (Suspended due to Covid19)
These take place every week; please contact the library for details.
- Welsh Reading Group (Suspended due to Covid19)
Fridays 3pm - 5pm, organised by Menter Iaith this group is suitable for beginners.
- Coal Industry Social Welfare Organisation (CISWO) (Suspended due to Covid19)
Every other Friday from 10am - 12pm, a national charity that provides support and advice to former miners and their families
We also provide a variety of themed activities throughout the year as well as FREE school holiday activities for children. For more information on these or our weekly activities ask at your local library.
