We cover word processing, the internet, email and helping with job searches.
You will learn how to use a variety of office equipment, learn telephone handling skills including Welsh greetings, learn how to use Microsoft Office and Excel and gain a Certificate in Customer Service skills.
Plus we’ll introduce you to opportunities in voluntary work in an office environment.
