Human Resources Business Partner - Maternity Cover

Aneurin Leisure Trust is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for the delivery of the Human Resources Strategy within the Trust, working with operational management and supervisory teams to improve service delivery through effective Human Resource Management.


Location: Bedwellty House / Occasional Homeworker

Salary: Grade 5 – SCP 17 (£23,208 FTE)

Hours: 35 hours per week – 1 Year Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for candidates with recent and significant financial leadership experience with a relevant professional qualification as well as candidates with Board level experience in either: Strategic Human Resources or Organisational Development, Digital Transformation, Commercial Marketing, Facilities & Safety Management, or strong Service/Process Improvement expertise.

The Trust is responsible for the operation, management and development of indoor and outdoor sport and Leisure facilities, arts and culture, country parks, libraries and community learning centres across Blaenau Gwent.
