Easter Holiday Activities with Aneurin Leisure
We have a variety of fun filled activities for children of all ages throughout the Easter holidays at our venues across Blaenau Gwent.
Parc Bryn Bach
Parc Bryn Bach is filled with fun activities for all the family, including a free children’s play area, mini golf course and go kart hire in addition to miles of scenic walking and cycling trails. There are also some egg-citing Easter themed activities on offer – explore the park looking for clues on the family friendly Easter Trail from 1st – 16th April or join us for a Easter themed Craft Session on Saturday 8th April.
For adventure seekers of all ages we also have a range of activities available in the park and on the lake:

Sports Centres
Our popular Playschemes will be returning to all three of our sports centres offering a range of sports themed activities for children aged 8 – 12. Sessions are £5.15 per child, and pre-booking is essential as spaces are limited:

Libraries
If you’re looking for a fun story to share with your family this Easter, or a good read to keep you or your teens entertained during the holidays, all our libraries have an amazing selection of fiction and non-fiction titles to borrow. If you’re planning a roadtrip or holiday why not borrow and download a free e-Audibook to listen to in the car or while travelling (e-Books are also available and are great for saving on packing space in your bag) from the BorrowBox app. Titles are FREE for library members and are available to browse and download 24/7.
Throughout the Easter holidays all our libraries will also have a FREE treasure hunts for children of all ages to enjoy – simply find the pictures hidden around the library and then claim your prize from our staff at the counter.
Bedwellty House & Park
The Easter bunny will be visiting Bedwellty House and Park for a selection of special Easter Bunny Breakfasts from 3rd - 7th April, visitors can enjoy a delicious breakfast and a selection of themed arts and crafts before meeting the Easter Bunny and receiving a special gift. The wonderfully imaginative Louby Lou Storytelling team will be taking families on two magical story trails through the park on 4th and 11th April and ExperiMENTAL Science will also be returning for two fun filled science themed workshops on 5th and 14th April.
